Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Production & Machine Operator - 1st & 2nd Shifts in Sparks, Maryland. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and organized environment, focusing on achieving production and quality targets while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

??? What You'll Do:

All Roles: Follow SOPs, meet production/quality targets, maintain a clean & safe area (GMP mindset), complete simple documentation.

Kit Assembly/Test Strips: Assemble, label, inspect, and package; operate basic equipment with precision.

Bottling - Machine Operator: Operate fillers/cappers/labelers; assist changeovers; basic troubleshooting; in-process checks.

Plastics (Production & Operator): Load/trim/inspect parts; perform visual/measurement checks (gauges/calipers); support changeovers.

Requirements

Individuals must be able to work Monday through Friday on the 2nd shift. Attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures are crucial for success in this role.

Pay Range: $16.5 - $18.5 per hour
